What is OnAir Rewards CORE?
All OnAir Customers receive CORE, a bundle of immedite benefits, free for the duration of the contract! This incredible membership includes tech support, device protection, R5000 life cover and a free SIM card with R50 airtime every month. After the contract period, members can continue to benefit from CORE for a monthly subscription.
Can anyone join OnAir Rewards?
OnAir Rewards is exclusively avaialbe to OnAir Customers. To join, you must be invited or have at least one OnAir device contract. After your contract period, you can retain your Rewards membership on a month-to-month basis for as long as you wish.
Why was I charged before I received my device?
Some OnAir Rewards are activated immediately upon sign-up, giving you instant access to your benefits, even before your device arrives. In these cases, your first charge may reflect only the cost of your rewards membership. You’ll receive full details about your rewards via WhatsApp and email as soon as they’re ready to use. The membership fee is then processed on your next scheduled debit order date.
